Cancellation Policy:
Should you wish to decline insurance, a signed waiver is required on registration form.

A full refund will be giving (except $200.00 per person) will be made for written cancellations received by Bryant Cruises 120 day before
cruise. Cancellation fees for passengers, who cancel after that date for any reason, including medical or family reasons, are:
- When cancelled within 60 days of cruise total deposits
- When cancelled within 30 days of cruise total of 50% of invoice
- When cancelled after 30 days of cruise or no shows - "no refund"
Insurance will help to receive most of your refund when claim is made therefore we strongly recommend "Trip Cancellation" insurance.

This does not include the cancellation policies of the ship lines.

Health/Disability requirements:
All quests are required to report in writing within 7-days of making their reservation; any physical or mental condition that may require
medical or professional treatment requiring attention during the trip or that may require special care of assistance beyond that which
Bryant Cruises, or any ship lines provide; any condition that may pose a risk or dancer to the other passengers. All guests must represent
and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel and that guests will comply at all times with applicable rules and
regulations. Bryant Cruises reserve the right without liability to require a guest to disembark or to refuse a guest, who in their judgment
is unfit to travel or may require care beyond that which is reasonable able to provide.

Baggage and Valuables:
Bryant Cruises is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplace baggage and other property.
Insurance will take care of lost or damaged, somewhat.

EVERY EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION ACCURATELY. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO
CORRECT ERRORS AS WELL AS MAKE CHANGES TO THE ITINERARY DUE TO CHANGING CIRCUMSTANCES.
